7 months agoMy Husband and I took our 2 big dogs to PetSmart on 72nd in Surrey for a bath and grooming. I believe the young woman who did the care of our animals. Her name was Devin. She did an amazing job on both of our animals. The animals left there with big smiles on their face and they were very well groomed. I highly recommend taking your fur baby there for a bath and a groom. Definitely ask for Devin. She knows what she's doing. We will be returning there to have our animals bathed again shortly because of her.

7 months agoThe only place I ever buy my wet and dry cat food. The workers are also very kind and once in a while when I have to return something they complete the returns for me without hesitation even if I’ve lost the receipt. You can also find some really good deals here on organic and good quality pet food which I love!

7 months agoEvery time I come here, Katrina has aleays been very helpful. She is knowledgeable and always keen to assist. I am also in retail and I know it is difficult to find the good ones. I hope someone does read this and give her the recognition she deserves. She is one of the main reasons I come to the location.

7 months agoI really like this store. Fun to bring dogs on a rainy day. Good selection and prices. Found some bargain beds for the new puppy, for 7. The staff are really good here -- friendly and answer all the questions. And, as I figure out what Chinook likes to eat, they are great about taking back what he doesn't like.
